Inland Parkway is a photographic exploration that documents the intersection between the urban built environment and landscaped nature along the boundaries of New York City parks.
My interest lies in these points of convergence that challenge the picturesque views of what a natural landscape is and looks like.
Each landscape is accompanied by its corresponding marked map, tracing the paths I walked throughout my topographic survey.

I have a favorite park and in it is this beautiful tree that has been there before any of us.
Across the road in front of it is a new high-rise building.
I often wonder what the tree thinks of it
I wonder what it thinks of us.
